There were no harsh chemicals used, the carpets were very clean afterwards and the stains were all removed. Zerorez also cleaned my area rug for free! I had a situation where I had to cancel the cleaning of the rug due to the costs/ because I had another bill that had to be paid around the same time/ and after explaining the situation to Rich he not only refunded me the costs of the rug cleaning he went ahead and had the rug cleaned for me. Zerorez exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased.

The carpets and chairs stay clean longer and I have a small spray bottle that I use for quick clean ups and on my furniture. Your worker David was great and is a good representative for your company.

Kyle and Juan did a great job on my 10 yr old carpet! They made it look almost new! There were a few stains that they could not get out but considering that the carpet was 10 yrs old and hadn't been cleaned in about 5 years, I'm not complaining at all. The cleaning was very thorough and the carpet looks terrific. After having the carpet cleaned by other companies there was no noticeable difference. Matthew gave extra effort to two stains on the carpet.
