The person who came was professional and knowledgeable. My carpet is 19 years old and although in good shape, the traffic areas were quite dark. The man told me up front not to expect it to look as good as new, but although the traffic areas are not gone, the carpet over all looks very good. It dried within a few hours.

Thank you for superior service. From the outset, your staff was friendly & helpful. Rather than tell me when a technician could fit me into his schedule, I was asked what worked with my schedule. When I received the phone call 48 hrs. ahead of time to confirm my appointment time, initially I was given a time frame that did not work for me, so the operator graciously gave me a new window of time during which the technicians would arrive. Upon arrival, they were both so courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. When they left, my carpet truly looked remarkable - I couldn't even tell that it's a 14 year old carpet! It was minimally damp when the guys left, but totally dry by that evening. And unlike the "natural" carpet cleaning company I used last time, my carpet felt soft to the touch, not stiff and dried out. And I like that you use your own water supply, and don't run up my water bill :) I'll definitely call you again!

I had HORRIBLE carpet that hadn't been professionally cleaned in at least 3-4 years. It had tons of food stains and even bike grease that we thought we would NEVER get out! Everything came out...I just couldn't believe it! The cleaning also "puffed" up my carpet making it much more comfortable to walk on! I am so grateful of your work and the way you clean carpets!
