The overall experience with Zerorez has been efficient and extremely worthwhile. With 2 year old twins in the house, clean carpets are an impossible challenge but your tech was able to make them look good as new. No sticky residue, no funky odors, and a quick dry time. I'm sold and will happily spread the word.

This time I got the experience Taylor from 104.7 The Fish always refers to!!! This technician, Andrew, made all the difference. My previous experience was dealing with an aggresive "sales pitch" from the moment the person arrived... It took a lot to win back my trust, but I was hopeful from the minute Andrew introduced himself. He was eager to work, confident of the satisfaction the Zerorez System offers, and worked carefully in my home. I heard some good tips for carpet care, including what "not to do", and my final bill was just what I expected to pay. It was later in the afternoon on a hundred degree day, (at my request as we are busy with a whole house move); I am sure the technician had worked hours already, yet the whole experience went great from start to finish.
