Andrew did a great job. Professional, friendly, easy to work with, and courteous.

I like how well they clean my carpet

Currently I am the GM for a distributor that prides themselves in customer service and your tech represented that. Richard was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and hands on. The smell of the carpet afterwords wasn't bad either, but the customer service was what I will come back for and recommend to others!

The rep (Robby) was fantastic and the products worked so much better than I could have hoped for... VERY pleased!

The service techs were very professional and courteous. Our carpet is almost 8 yrs old and had several stains throughout the house. I didnt expect everything to come out but most of it did and the carpet looks great. Its been a little over 2 weeks and the carpet still looks great. Previuos cleaning from other companies seemed to last a couple of days and you could see the stains coming back. I will definately have you guys back out to clean the other rooms in the house asap and I highly recommend your company.

Technician was very prompt, polite & professional. We looked at the rooms to be cleaned, noted any stains, then he described what would be done. He took care in bringing in his equipment, finished quickly and even cleaned up any drips on my hardwood floors.
