The service was great! Your representative-although young-was extremely professional, enthusiastic about the company and was professional. Our carpet (den, stairs, hallway) was BEYOND soiled and he was able to make it look like "new" (for a twelve year old carpet)! Also, the carpet was not soggy wet & most of it was dry within a few hours! You will not be disappointed with Zerorez!

The product is good and I like the fact that it is environmentally responsible and non-toxic. However, the best part about it is Mike, our technician. I request him EVERY time! He is friendly, professional & thorough. On the few occasions when Mike has not been available and another tech cleaned our carpets--it took forever for them to dry and there was residual odor just a few weeks later. Mike gets our carpets clean, fresh & DRY!--and it lasts. Mike is the main reasons we continue to use ZeroRez.
The tech was polite,friendly and did not do any pressure selling. He explained the cleaning process and answered questions. The carpets look wonderful! I plan on using Zerorex again.
