Customer service is excellent - from the time the appointment is made, to questions over the phone, to the service technician who comes to your house. As for the carpet, it looks beautiful given all the wear and tear it's gotten over the years. The rooms smell fresher and the overall look of the carpet is MUCH better.

The cleaning solution has a citrus smell and the spot removing solution really works. The carpet is clean and fresh. It didn't take long to dry and I walk bare foot on my carpet. Mark was very helpful and funny. Don't get me wrong he worked but it was a pleasure to have work at my home that day.

I was very pleased with the way my carpets looked after they were cleaned - my dog was having stomach problems so the carpet was a mes. You'd never know it now.

The most important thing that I noticed was the technician was very professional and had a positive attitude. Moss gave us a detail explanation of what he was going to do and what we should expect. He also informed my husband and me what we needed to do to cut down on dust particles that our filter was not catching. I had my carpet and ceramic tile cleaned “Very Pleased”. I would recommend Zerorez to EVERYONE that I know.

The response time and the fact that you contact clients ahead of time. The only complaint I have is with the online scheduling service. I scheduled service online and then was contacted and informed that my time was no longer available. the customer service people handled the problem in a timely manner. I was just disapointed that the online reservation was not confirmed at the time. Zerorez will be my carpet cleaning company from now on after this third service from your company.

The entire process from beginning to the finish. Lee Hamilton was on-time, extremely knowledgeable and very serviced oriented. He knew exactly what needed to be done and went about doing just that and more. He also was very careful of the household contents, not to bump or scrape walls or other surfaces of which I was most appreciative. His return trip to remove the equipment was equally satisfying, punctual and very efficient. It was a nice ending to a rather bad beginning.
