Removed the pet odor and stains! Friendly service... Matt arrived almost exactly when he said he would. Its so wonderful not to have to wait for a 2+ hour window like some companies demand. I loved that he could run my credit card on his phone and email the receipt immediately

I have never experienced customer service like I received from Zerorez. From the initial phone call to book the appt. to the handshake after service was completed, service was superior to any service that I 've received in the past. Moss, the techinician, was extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in his explanations of the products and services. His attention to detail and his professionalism was a welcomed surprise.
