We like that no chemicals are used! Bobby, our technician, was wonderful!

The technician arrived promptly at the time we were given for our appointment. He was very professional and honest about my concerns with some pet stains on our carpet. He was willing to give 110% for us to get the best result, and he did and we did!! All stains old and new were removed and all odor gone! He was very courteous and made sure that I knew I could give a call to discuss if the stains were to reappear after the carpet completely dried. I will only use Zerorez from here on out. I intend on putting my shampoo machine in storage! Thanks Zerorez for my "new" carpet!!

Clean appearance of the carpet

Technician was courteous to the family at home and thorough with the process of carpet cleaning. Also, it's true that the carpet was not have a "crunchy" after being shampooed.
