I received excellent customer service from my first contact. I live outside the service area so Christina took my information and called me back about a week later when there was an appointment close by. My appointment was made and Grace called to confirm a couple of days in advance. My technician Austin, called the morning of my appointment to let me know that he was on the way and arrived well within the window provided in my confirmation. After a quick walk through, he got right to work. Our carpet is 10 years old and has never been professionally cleaned, so it was very soiled. Austin and Zerorez products made our carpet look like new. I was really amazed and very pleased. I love that there are no chemicals in the water, making the process safe for our grandchildren. And it dried within 4-6 hours exactly as I was told. I have already made recommendations to our friends and family. Thank you for following through on what you promise.
I love the way the cleaning process leaves my carpet and the refreshing smell that remains without the residue. The technician thought some of my carpet was new, but I told him it was 5 years old and kept clean by Zerorez. Technicians are the most personable carpet cleaning techs in the business.
