Environmentally friendly and non toxic. I got your info from your vans which are very educational. Don'tknow why anyone would use anyone else. Our guy, Barry, was so conscientious that I could relax and know that he would tend to everything. One idea is to tell the homeowner it's going to be very noisy for a while. I went a little crazy with all that noise but I knew it was necessary.

First of all, Matt Craft showed up on time. He called about 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. After showing him the rooms, he set up and did his job immediately. I was impressed with the result and with his demeanor. I was a manager for a number of years. I could tell he enjoyed his job and company. You have a very good employee.

The product and services was great. I had some big black stain in my carpet and tried everything and couldn't get it out. The Zerorez techinian didn't know if it would come out but he assured me he would do his best. The stain came out and my carpet looks like new. He was very postive and example the product and how it works. He was very nice.

I liked that I could tell the carpets were clean without the smell of chemicals or other masking scents. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Cleans well, leaves no smell and dries quickly. The cleaning doesn't soak the carpet and pad. Actually the carpet can be walked on immediately. It is perhaps just somewhat damp.

Our carpet is much cleaner than any previous carpet cleaners have managed. The pile is much fuller, closer to how it felt when we first purchased 7 years ago.

We had Dustin as our technician. He was very prompt courteous and friendly. We had two other companies come out to try and get some set in stains out to no avail.
The results were amazing! My husband and I are very happy with the way our white rugs turned out. We have also sent out 5 area rugs to be cleaned and I am confident the results will be great. I like the fact that your products are organically safe. I didn't have to worry about harsh chemicals being used in my home where my brand new grandbaby was coming and where my two Morkie puppies live!
