I really like the idea of carpet cleaning without chemicals.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. The cleaning was fantastic. It smelled wonderful from the pet odor remover. The cleaning removed the pet odor.

Carpet was cleaned very well. Had an issue with what Mike found out from checking with quite a few people that an ionizer had evenly faded the entire carpet except where things were placed for a long time. Was impressed he followed this through and got an answer for us.
We left the house about 20 min. after he had gone only to find him in the drive with a disabled van, a call in for service/tow and gas pouring out on the drive to the grass each time he tried to start it. My husband got under the van in the dark, diagnosed the problem and was able to repair a connection that had come apart. He made the repair and Mike was on his way without having to have the van towed to a repair shop where it would have been out of service for at least the next day. Would have been appreciated if Zerorez had recognized that value and given us a discount on our carpet cleaning.

that you don't use chemicals. i have two dogs and really don't like having any chemicals on the carpet that they sleep on. your technician was very pleasant and answered all of my questions.

Your company always does a superior job in a professional manner. In an industry where the norm is usually mediocre, Zerorez out does them all. I would never consider using anyone else. I know what to expect and am never disappointed. Lee Hamilton was my recent technician. He was polite, courteous, knowegble, and "hummed" while he worked. Y'all have me as a forever client!!

Carpets are clean.

The overall finished product of my carpets was top-notch. There were some spots he could not get out, but he did tell me how I could. There was one spot that I was not expecting to be cleaned, but it looks brand new, like the rest of the carpets. I am eager to see if the commercials prove true that there will be no worse conditions than prior, like another company I once used.

The technician I had was completely professional and was much earlier than I expected, a great compliment, given that it was Saturday. He also gave me a tremendous quote on having my house pressure-washed, which I did not even know they did.

I will use Zerorez again (on the pressure-washing next week) and the carpets again in the future.

I really loved the fact that there was no soap used.. The water solutuion cleaned my carpets beautifully and it didn't affect my husband's allergies. Thank you!
