Carpets are very clear, technician was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, a good worker, and didn't attempt to "oversell" me which was refreshing. He was careful and took the time to explain what he would do as well as ask me if I had any questions or concerns before he started and after he was done. Overall a great experience.
