Technicians are always friendly, polite, knowledgeable, quick and efficient, and they are careful to not damage furniture and household items. Zero Rez is the only carpet cleaner we use now, having tried several in the past. Zero Rez provides the quality service for the buck. No smell, quick dry, feels clean, no stains - my 15 year old carpet looks new after Zero Rez. And, stains don't return as with other cleaners. I highly recommend!

I am a mother of five who also has a number of friends,neighbors and visitors over on any given day. The house that I live in has white berber carpets on two levels of the house including the dining room. While I am sure they were beautiful when they were first put in,you can immagine what they looked like after the traffic that they have recieved from my children and guests. I have tried numerous times to Rug Doctor the carpets and I can say that they definately were cleaner than before I started, but they still looked dirty. I dreamed of one day pulling up those carpets and laying down hard wood floors. Then one day I heard Taylor on the Fish say that Zerorez got her carpets looking brand new. I called and had my carpets cleaned and she was right! My carpets(even the dining room) looked Brand new! I am beyond thrilled! Thankyou Zerorex!
