Carpets look great. Zerorez is the best I've found at getting rid of stains. Technicians were prompt and polite. Carpets also feel great and dried quickly.

The technician was excellent - professional and efficient. The communication is great - I received e-mails regarding time of appt and instructions for preparation, along with a phone call 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Great value for the service, and my carpets look wonderful.

Wasn't as wet as other services and the carpet seemed to be more uniformly cleaner. Soap in the carpet attracting dirt seems to explain why some spots seem to reappear after treatment with other products.

The fact that when you clean my carpets, you actually can see what was removed from them as they emptied the contents outside. And boy was I shocked!! It feels good to know that I have helped eliminate some of that dirt and debris from my house where my children play on the carpets all the time! Thank you Zerorez!!

ZeroRez arrived on time and went right to work. The tech and I went around my home and explained the entire process. The carpets came out super clean and I will be calling them back next time I need a carpet cleaning

I CAN NOT BELIEVE he was able to clean my room (doggie wee wee). I'm amazed. Plus it's a trust worthy company. I don't feel I have to call and ask who will be coming to my home and how long he has worked for the company.
