Our technician was wonderful (Mike). Very knowledgable, friendly and full of advise. With 4 kids, 2 dogs and a cat we needed a cleaning bad. It looks great.

I had a disgusting carpet saturated with cat urine from a previous owner. We thought we would have to replace the carpet but decided to get it cleaned for the time being. Zerorez came in worried they may not be able to help me but tried anyway. The results were amazing. The carpet looks so much cleaner and the smell is practically gone.

My daughter has a new puppy that is being potty trained but has had some accidents. Even though she used sprays/powder to soak and absorb, the urine smell was still strong. Wham Zerorez left and carpets dried, the smell was gone! My service rep. was very knowledgable and was very professional.

My carpets look like new after the service and stay looking that way for a good year, which is no small feat considering our home has pets and kids. Well worth the investment for this service, and the technician was friendly and efficient.

The HVAC duct cleaning service was very thorough and the technicians were very professional, courteous and respectful of
our home. One of the sections of HVAC piping in the attic was not completely attached to the system, and had insulation floating in it. Your tech fixed the problem! It means a lot when employees automatically take this kind of initiative for the customer. Now that the debri from construction workers and the previous two owners is gone the air smells much cleaner, and we can actually hear that the system is working so much better!
