My friends got their carpet cleaned with Zero Rez and they did an EXCELLENT job. They highly recommended you all to everyone in the room. I called and I did not get that same service. Zero Rez came out twice (they sent the same person) and I am so very disappointed because I know what it can look like. A supervisor needs to come out. When the person came out the second time he was in and out. Didn't use the pre-treatment, didn't put on the blue shoe covers (I took a picture of him going over the carpet without the shoe covers)
He didn't do a walk through the first time or the second time. He did not use a blower/fan to help dry the floor.
I would still recommend you but I will tell them what to look for.
BEFORE you pay: Do a walk through and point out areas that are not clean. The carpet cleaner told us not to come upstairs where he was because we could slip on the carpet because it was wet. DON"T BELIEVE IT! Be in the entrance of each room as they clean it.

The professional service and my carpet is much softer and more fluffy after your cleaning.

Agents are very polite, professional and trustworthy. The cleaning is the best there is, I have used several other companies and non come anywhere near as good as Zerorez.

It works and is affordable

My carpets look great except for the areas that had heavy pet stains. Those spots wicked back up a little. They are not as bad and the smell is gone. The guy that came out to do my service was very polite and eager to do a great job.
