We just moved into this house and the areas that your representative cleaned originally smelled of animals and had several urine stains. Your products seemed to get the smells out and your technician was able to remove 50 percent of the stains. He explained that most of the stains were quite old and would not be able to be removed.
The only issue was that the tech advised that the rugs would dry in three to four hours when in fact it took over twelve hours to dry. Fortunately for us, the movers came after the rugs dried, so this was not an issue.

I love the lack of toxic chemicals....I wish I could afford to do the whole house :) It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I look forward to another special. Please contact me when that happens...
