Everything...I needed some carpet cleaning done quickly, you came out the same day I called. Your representative was here on time, neatly dressed and very courteous. After the initial walk through to understand what I needed he went to work and got it done quickly. He gave me some very useful tips about things I was working on and offered more services if I needed them. He also told me about some services I wasn't aware they had. He wasn't pushy and didn't make me feel uncomfortable when I declined extra services but did explain the pros and cons for them. This information will be very useful in the future when I may need them. He explained what type of product he would be using and the benefits it had. If the young man who was here is a example of the company, this is a very professional, friendly business and their price was fair.
