Very professional, friendly and the best my carpet has looked since it was new. The last cleaning crew put so much soap/powder it ruined two vacuum cleaners. With Zerorez, the carpet was fresh and dry within 4 hrs and after three weeks they still look freshly cleaned every time I vacuum.
