The guy who came was wonderful, personable, and did a great job. Stains came out I never thought would, I just wish the (cat urine) smell would have been gone after the special enzyme treatment. Do you have any recommendations on what I can put on it?

The cleaning crew was very professional and genuinely nice. The process was quick and easy, and my carpets look terrific, my house smells clean, and my kids even said the carpets feel softer. I love the fact that the carpet is sanitized so if my kids are camped out on the carpet playing or watching TV it is clean!

Kyle and Billie were so considerate. They worked around me and my small children so they could nap. And the work they did was outstanding! My carpets were old, matted down and terribly stained, but after they finished, they looked almost new!

Your technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. He was very thorough and made sure that we were satisfied with his work. He explained your services in detail and made sure that we understood the process. I have had my carpets cleaned many times by other companies, but never have I had someone so professional provide the service. He called to confirm and actually arrived early to the appointment. The products used left us with "like new" carpet.

The entire process was smooth. Michelle at CS was very pleasant. The protocol of reminders and emails were very professionally handled. The technician Richard, was diligint and thorough and took pride in his work. I as impressed with the cleanliness of my old carpets. I immediately referred 2 of my friends that were waiting on me to have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez. In previous experIences with othr carpet comapnies, cs was poor, techs were shady and carpets were clean for a week and seemed to get dirtier quicker due to the soaps used. Again, I was pleased with Richard's top quality service, demeanor and experience. I was impressed and pleased with entire service of your company!

Called 30 minutes before they came. Kyle came in and looked at te carpet in the rooms to be cleaned. He explained everything he was going to do. Gave me a price. He cleaned the rooms and it took less time than I thought it would. The carpet looks really good and smells clean. It dried really fast. He then suggested their filters for the furnance to eliminate most of the dust in the house. The filters have to be ordered. I'm looking forward to them being installed and less dust in the house. Thank you Kyle for a job well done. I will use Zerorez again.

Knowledgeable service technician. (Terry was great!) Thoroughly discussed our needs, expectations and gave an educated opinion of what the results would be. He tested fabrics where needed and showed concern that we would be pleased with service outcome and that our furniture / carpet would not be damaged. We were pleased with the cleaning service provided. He also discussed ways of maintaining a clean living environment.

I like that it is residue free. I loved not having a stiff feeling to my carpets after having them done.
