I had a spot on the carpet and the technician stated he would try to get it out, but it appears to have been there for awhile. I stated it had been aleast a couple of weeks. He treated the stain and then cleaned the area. After a few days, the stain is almost gone and no one would notice the area unless I pointed it out.

My carpets look brand new again & Andrew got out all the stains!

The technician was great! Even though it was a late appointment --- after 7:30 p.m. -- the technician took his time and did a great job. He did not rush through it, and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before he left. He was very polite and curtious as well.

I like that chemicals aren't used in the cleaning process and that the furniture isn't left damp with blowers/dryers on it for hours, instead all water is extracted from the furniture after cleaning, allowing for super fast dry time.

Such quality work! Our carpet looks fantastic! And David, our service provider, couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. He was on time, gave us some great advice, and did an amazing job. I'll never call anyone else for carpet cleaning!

I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied with the final results from zerorez. My carpet was in pretty bad shape, and after the 1st visit from zerorez I was not completely satisfied. However, zerorez has top-notch customer service, and they set up a return visit and treated those high traffic areas again with excellent results. My service tech Austin was highly knowledgeable and very professional. I will most definitely be using zerorez again, and referring others as well. Great product, awesome service.
