Thorough cleaning with soapless formula leaves carpet feeling and looking like new. I like knowing there's no soap being left in the carpet to atttact more dirt. Ease of scheduling by website is a plus as is the communication via email and telephone to confirm the appointment and advise of the service time window. Most important was the professionalism of the service technician who was personable, efficient, and made sure that I was satisfied with the job before he left. I have used you in the past and will do so in the future. Both experiences were excellent.

Michael was very professional and did a great job on cleaning the carpet. He addressed our concerns on some of the stains on the carpet and the end result is better than expected. We are extremely happy with how clean the carpet is.

The technician explained cat urine is challenging to eradicate even with the special treatment. This proved to be true as the smell was still strong after the carpet dried. So perhaps an area of improvement would be further exploration in this area.

Like ad and how you operate as well as carpet tech. She was great and had a good attitude and was in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend you and her and will use u next week on two .

Quick, efficient service. I appreciated the 30 minute call-ahead. Carpets looked amazing, especially our stairs which were quite dirty and had lots of spots. Very satisfied - Omar was excellent!

I like that you could book online and had enough technicians that someone could come fairly quickly. I thought that the technician did a great job getting out the stains and was very pleasant to deal with.
