Driver was very professional and thorough.
It's early - let's see what I have to say after I get my rug back.

They came early and explained what they were going to do but I didn't understand I needed to purchase the u b part then or have all vents done again before it could be installed.

I forgot to give him my $50 coupon which is upsetting to me.

Customer service was excellent

so much better than the alternative

The team arrived and completed the job very timely. Jay and Jessigmar were very professional did a great job.

Best rug cleaning ever! Rugs had dog urine odor and came back bright, fresh and no odor whatsoever. Jason and Farrell were extremely knowledgeable and very careful with rugs. They replaced furniture exactly where it was and cleared wrapping from delivery. All rugs were wrapped very carefully in paper and delivery and set up was professional. Very, very happy with Zeroez! I have heard you speak on channel 2, and again explain how your product is different and I do believe that not using soap is going to help my carpets to stay cleaner.
