Josh was very nice and extremely professional. He and I looked at and discussed the treatment options for each room to be cleaned. He thoroughly pretreated the bedroom that had a lot of pet stains. He made sure that the hoses would not damage and wall corners or furniture. He spent nearly three hours cleaning my three rooms. Once he was finished, he walked me through each room to insure that I was satisfied. I will use Zerorez only from now on. He was not in a rush to get the carpets clean and move on to the next job like Stanley has done to me in the past.
