The technician was very professional and thorough. The carpets looked great when he was done. The only issue I had was that, when they called to confirm my service date, I wasn't given a timeframe for my appointment; instead I was told someone would contact me 30-45 minutes prior to his arrival...no one ever called me to let me know he was on the way. My son was supposed to be able to be there, but circumstances prevented that, so I had planned to leave my work when I got the call he was on the way; he called when he arrived and ended up waiting about half an hour for me to get there...I appreciate that he waited, but would have been more efficient use of his time, and I would have been less stressed, had I actually got the call to let me know he was on the way...

Our technician, Jeremy Watts, was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the carpet cleaning product and did a fantastic job of eliminating a grease stain which I thought was permanent. I will highly recommend Zerorez.

Thorough cleaning and excellent customer service
We have used Zerorez for about 7 years now and really love their service. They were able to get out stains from our carpet that Stanley Steamer could not remove. Our technician, Natasha, was so professional and provided top notch service. She knew her products and advised me on additional services for our carpet in which I did take advantage of one of those services. She had a pleasant attitude and personality and really impacted me with her service.
The technician Chris was not only an excellent professional but helpful and I learned a lot from him about keeping my carpets and rugs clean and odor free. On a scale of 1-10, he was definitely 10+
Chris was very honest and up front with me from the start about my carpet. He did an amazing job getting most of the stains out. He started first by walking the house with me and listening to what I had to say about my carpet and its history. Then he walked me back through the house and told me what he could and could not do. Loved it!
