You have always done an excellent job for us and our challenged carpets; we are veterinarians with 8 cats and an older dog with behavioral urination issues. Ty was the technician sent to clean our carpets and did a very efficient and courteous job for us. I called about redoing a couple of areas after the carpets were dry and Ty and his managers were able to reschedule immediate help for our concerns professionally and to our total satisfaction.
