I like the reminder email & phone call I receive the day before we r scheduled, the tech arrives at the time scheduled & is very professional in appearance and behavior. Our carpet always cleans up exceptionally well, dries relatively quickly, and is soft when dry.

The service technician was very nice and professional. He did a great job. There was one stain that resurfaced the next day. I called Zerorez and without hesitation, Zerorez offered to come back and and retreat the stain.

I will use Zerorez again as well as recommend to others.

The stains that were present in all of the carpeted rooms were removed. The carpet cleaning service worked as advertised. It was a good job. I was serviced by Zerorez earlier in the year and would recommend Zerorez to friends and associates.
