I like the fact that there is no soap in your product. My carpets always come out looking and smelling clean. If a spot or smell comes back, you come back take care of the problem.

The techs were so nice and informative! Also our carpet wasn't soaking wet once they finished. It was dry within a couple of hours. Our carpet was so soft and fresh. We will only use zerorez from now on!
