N chemicals and friendly technician. However, the van must have been leaking oil because there is a wet oil stain on my driveway where he was parked...technician name was Carlos I believe. Can someone come powerwash that off? Please call Phone number removed. Otherwise, everything was great!

Empowered water without soap that stays in the carpet long after it is cleaned! Unfortunately, the stain I am most concerned about was not able to be totally removed and I probably will be using some chemicals.
