Ty kept me informed during the cleaning process. Very pleasant personality- excellent job!
We were able to make an appointment the days after my phone call. The person came on time and was very professional. I feel the charge for the stairs was very high - $64 - especially since I had heard Belinda Skelton saying a special was 3 rooms for $119 and stairs were free. But we thought we were getting a Belinda Skelton special. So somewhat confusing on what the Belinda Skelton special.
They work, we are amazed at how clean our carpet is now.
