The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was not to happy with the gas fee. Gas has gone down the cost You advertise on radio and mail a price then add gas fee. Almost bare and switch.

The fact that it's chemical free and after the cleaning of the carpet, your carpet is not soaking wet as most cleaners leave it. The carpet is slightly damp and dries clean and fluffy in a few hours.

Very friendly and competent technician who did a great job. I would highly recommend for residential cleaning. However, I got a quote for commercial cleaning which was twice as much as other carpet cleaners and therefore not doable.

The courtesy of the technician was a big plus. He took care not to do any damage as he brought in his equipment. He was efficient and thorough. The process was not unduly noisy - that is important. I was able to talk on the phone while he was at work in the next room.
