The first driver had a problem with their equipment. The dispatcher called and said they would be a few hours late. I explained that I needed to be at work at 3:00 that afternoon. The dispatcher called back in less than a half hour and said he had shifted the routes around so another unit would be able to get to me shortly. In less than two hours you were at my house and deed a very good job. This person was very good, friendly, and thorough. No complaints about his day being changed around.

The technican's customer service was exceptional. He took every precaution to ensure that furniture and corners were protected. When I pointed out areas needing more attention, he readily obliged. I was very satisfied!

The floors (carpets + wood) look great - just as I was told they would. Both service people were very nice. Sincere and hard working. Bill, who took care of the hardwood floors(10/8/15), was especially diligent and took pride in your products and his work. He is very impressive. I do have a concern about Rich the service manager at x8005 Phone number removed). I called him several times in the past two days about a particular stain on the carpet that I didn't notice while he was at my home. It seems to have shown up after the carpet dried. He has yet to return my call.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning the carpeting in our home. Omar B. did the cleaning.
We had another company clean it several years ago and they did a very poor job. There was really no difference after the carpet dried, it still looked dirty.
Our neighbors had used Zerorez several times and we've seen the truck in our travels around town so we decided to use you. Thanks for doing a great job. The carpet looks really good. We look forward to seeing how our area rug looks next week when you deliver it. Zerorez had to send it out to another company.

My floors were very clean, they did a real good job, I was very pleased and Jessica and the young man she was training were very nice and explained what they were going to do as we went through the house.

What I like the most is that, it doesn't take all day long for the carpet to dry. The tech worker does such a wonderful job. My carpets looks great.
