This is my 3rd annual cleaning from Zerorez. Each time the carpets looked great and there is no chemical smell left behind..

The technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased. We had a large area of carpet that had an offensive and strong odor from previous water problems and pet accidents. The technician assured me he would solve the problem -- and he did! I will never use another company for carpet cleaning.

I love the quick drying time and the use of your special water without the soap. Also, my technician Doug was very professional, thorough, respectable, patient and he did an excellent job. I already posted a comment on Kudzu. At the beginning of the service Doug mentioned he would give me a coupon for future duct cleaning, but I forgot to get it from him before he left.
