I like the ongoing contact, letting you know what is going on and what to expect. There is no residue or smell lingering after the carpet was cleaned. Our technician, Ward, was exceptionally accomodating and committed to seeing that we were pleased the results.
This is the second time I have used Zerorez. Your technicians are very professional and represent Zerorez extremely well. I was very pleased with the results of both cleanings, particularly on my current home. I purchased the home several months ago and the carpets didn't look or feel very clean. They look so much better now. I also like the idea that you don't use chemicals.
