He also advised us about stains that may not respond to treatment, however these did in fact clean up nicely in spite of his reservations. The carpet looks and smells fresh and clean and the service took less than 1-1/2 hours. Damien was awesome and I will ask for him when I need this service again. I thought Avery was very professional and clean my rugs pretty well. It was getting dark outside when he was here so it was difficult to see in the hallway of my bedroom. In the daylight you can still see some areas that could've been cleaned a little bit better. But overall he did a great job on our area rug/runner. And the rest of the bedroom looks really good.
