How my carpet didn't feel hard or stiff.
Quick & efficient, carpet was minimally wet & smell was almost nonexistent
We love that it's safe, and the carpet dries quickly and feels soft as opposed to other cleaners make the carpet feel like shampoo was left behind.

I like the idea that there is zero residue left behind after the carpet is cleaned. I like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used. I like the truck mounted unit and the appearance of the van and technician.

Technicians are very friendly and accomodating
The young man who came out was very nice, clean and put covers on his shoes. The product used had no chemicals and that is what drew me in to begin with. My carpets look brand new and they are at least twenty years old.
Your technicians are wonderful and kind. They come in with smiling faces and do a great job!! We recommend zerorez 110%!!
Damian has been our representative several times and he ROCKS!! He is thorough, courteous, efficient.....what can I say he ROCKS. They were also able to get me a same day service n an emergency! Awesome Sauce! Will never use another service EVER!
technicians were on time, very friendly and professional. very thorough in cleaning. good job of cleaning up at the end.
Your products differ from other carpet cleaning companies that I have used, meaning the carpet cleaning is very thorough and clean.
Fast easy efficient
clean chemicals and prompt reliable service!!
I was thrilled with the job Zerorez did on our carpets. Carpets that I was seriously considering replacing look almost new. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job.
I like the fact that the carpets feel soft and clean when they dry. there is no soapy residue that feels tacky to the feet. It only makes sense that the soap residue from traditional cleaning methods draws more dust and dander to the carpet - making it look even more ddirty as time goes by.
Dries quickly with no visible residue and no odor. Tile and grout service is great. Friendly and prompt service person.
Fresh clean. Not messy and very effective clean.
