Michael did an excellent job following up after a poor experience with Cody. Michael came out to clean up residue. He ended up retreating all areas. I was impressed that he used guards to protect my walls, corners and paint from his equipment. I've had carpets cleaned numerous times and that's the first time I remember seeing those guards.

Professional and great services
The technician was very knowledgeable and honest. There was some money on the stairs and he immediately brought it to our attention... Although we are very honest too the money was actually his it had dropped from his pocket unknowingly but his first reaction was to ask us if it belonged to us. We spoke of his honesty and integrity this says a lot about his character, as well as, the type of employees that are employed by your organization.... STELLAR!!!! The carpet was cleaned to perfection and because of my great experience from the ease of scheduling, to speaking to the Representative to confirming the appointment to the actual service I am forever a Zerorez customer. Job well done.
