Your employee was a fine young man who was friendly and professional. I do believe that your prices are high though so we will consider this with our next cleaning. 2 BR, hall and stairs for over $200 is my opinion rather high. No closets, no moving furniture etc.

Great service tech! Like the no residue. Would love to use other services, especially grout cleaning, in the future. although one room did not clean up as well as I would like it to have, I must remind myself that is it a much used room and 17 year old carpet. Everything else looks great, smells great! Very pleased!

Very prompt and professional.
I was able to get an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technicians were courteous and careful. They used the wall protectors and wore booties onTheir shoes. They explained the whole process before they began and made me feel comfortable having them in my house. The carpets looked great after they were cleaned and the whole thing took very little time!

I like your process better than your competitors
The last time I used Zerorez I was not that pleased with the attitude of the technician at all and alomost did not use the service again. However, the technician that came this time was OUTSTANDING and frankly did a much better job than the last technician we did. He was accomodating and seemed to put in a little more effort than the previous technician. I would love to have him back!
