We have been fans of Zerorez carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning for years. This was first time we had used Zerorez for duct cleaning but everything seemed to go fine. We were pleased that one of duct cleaning technicians (Doug Soelch)had done our carpeting and sofas back in 2009 and is just the best.

I was initially not going to get the protectant applied after cleaning, however when Mike explained how it worked and the value it provided, I understood the benefit of getting it vs. thinking it was some add-on I did not need.
