polite prompt service. no soaps no saturating the carpets

My carpet always looks good after its cleaned. Although,in my office the smell has become worse than ever after this cleaning.I'm puzzled because I paid more to have it treated.

I love the product! I don't like all the hidden cost! I have used you many times at home and work but every time the tech always says you have an over sized room, or extra hall, or pet stains etc. but when you advertise none of this is said. I was not happy with my last cleaning at all so this past Saturday it was a reschedule to re-clean free of charge, but guess what I ended up paying $200. The Tech that cleaned prior did an awful job and is no longer with your company. This Tech was outstanding and I realize it was not his fault but I am not Happy with having to pay $200.
