Natasha was great. Carpets look and smell excellent
Jared was amazing, he was very professional and did a great job!
Service was conducted in a professional manner. The person in charge was outstanding! The helper was a good worker but had to be directed to do certain things because he mostly worked with one hand, the other was tending to his telephone.
It was a good cleaning for A REASONABLE price. Your employee was very courteous and explained
I liked the wonderful professionals of your company (Johnathan and his trainee)
who did a great job of cleaning our old carpets.
And, sometime in the future, we will get our hardwood floors cleaned, and maybe even get
all our ducts cleaned.

Great work on getting the carpet clean!
The technician did a great job, and the carpet looks great!
By not offering a special at a specific price than "nickel & diming" for what the technician claimed was an oversized room or for additional steps above 10 when most houses do have 13-15 steps from floor to floor.

Arrive ontime - very professional - good work
Staff are always very professional
The carpet was wool which is difficult to clean but the team did their best. It looks clean and I know it is sterilized. I feel confident it is clean.
The team took care of a very dirty filter system. I already feel like I'm breathing better.
Not sure what I was expecting, however the Zero Rez team exceeded my expectations. The hardwood floors have taken a beating from two dogs and now they look brand new.
