Everything

Prompt, friendly, professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

Josh did an awesome job and explained the process throughly. This was my first time to use Zerorez and I will definetly use again.

Great customer service and my floors look amazing

Our carpet is 12 years old and this is the best carpet cleaning ever. We were ready to replace but decided to try cleaning just one more time (and with a highly recommended company). That little bit has given us more time before replacing. For several years, I've ended up with brown spots after carpet was cleaned. I would spend the next day removing the brown spots with vinegar and water. NO brown spots at all with Zerorez. Wish I had tried you years ago!

The service is always top notch

The technician did a great job of going through things before beginning He did an excellent job and finished in good time. I am very pleased.

Timely, professional from start to finish, love the way the carpets look, smell, feel, and you usually have a deal of some kind going!

Excellent service & great professionals doing the job.

offered full service home care, and the carpet and air ducts were done on the same day.

Carpet really did seem much cleaner. Very professional service.

We really appreciate the courtesy, skills, explanation, and thoroughness of our serviceman. We feel confident that our carpets and bathroom tile floors are as clean and residue-free as they could possibly be. As a matter of fact, we are particularly thrilled with our bathroom floors. We had no idea that they could be cleaned so thoroughly. That saved us a ton because we were thinking the only other option was renovation.

The results are amazing, fast drying times and seems to stay clean longer.
