Michael Berry was an awesome technician. He's the best I have had to ever clean my carpets. He was knowledgable of the products and services offered by Zerorez. He was very polite and professional. He was also very careful with the hose while inside our home. He took time to protect our walls from possible damage. He was able to remove several pet stains that I didn't expect to come out....very impressed!!! He just took his time and did a fantastic job! I will use Zerorez again and refer this company to family and friends. Appreciate the non chemical cleaning products so much for the safety of my pets and children. Thanks for a job well done. I'm thrilled with the results!!!
