The quality of the treatment was far better than others I had used in the past. After the carpets were completely dry, they felt soft and fluffy, I found myself really enjoying walking on them in my bare feet. The pet treatment has worked wonderfully. I needed all rooms treated.
I take issue with 3 things - 1: there was no selection process or explanation for area rugs and I would only find out after I called to confirm my appointment what the price and process would be even though this was explained in my notes. 2: the price of the pet treatment is elusive on line and on the phone- there is NO clarity on the price anywhere and it seems entirely at the discretion of the technician coming out. 3- I provided contact numbers for confirmation and received no call after I made my appointment online. It was only the fact that I called the day before the appointment to confirm that I knew the appointment was in the system and only then did I have the chance to reschedule.

The courtesy and knowledge of your technician was very nice. I felt he did a good job, took time and was focused on dong a good job and making sure I was satisfied with the results. He also took time to protect my oriental rugs, floors and furniture. Initially the carpet looked great, however after drying there are areas where dirt has wicked up. I have called to have Omar back this week to clean these areas. The representative I spoke with was very courteous and had no issue with

I like that the carpet cleaning process is hypoallergenic and safe for my pets and children. I also like that it kills bacteria which makes me feel my home is a clean and safe environment.
That it is not full of chemicals
The technician was very clear on explaining what was going to be done. The pet stains are so much better and the fresh smell was so good. I especially like the short drying time. Very please with our service.

I am always pleased with the overall service of both product and technicans. The technicans all are very courteous, pleasant and efficient.
Our technician was great and thorough. I am disappointed that all the stains didn't come up - but know that's sometimes not possible. I would love to possibly have some stains re-treated with something stronger. And...some of the stains that looked like they were gone, are re-appearing.
