Otherwise, to repeat once again: everything went well: ease of setting appointment by internet, good reminders of approaching date, Agent (Chyna) arrived early after a call ahead and worked quietly and efficiently, doing all very nicely. Friendly person and easy to work with. Careful about handling all the hoses, etc. as well as clarifying points and answering any questions.

Technician was wonderful he explained everything before he did it, he checked to make sure everything was to my satisfaction before he left and was very polite. Most of the carpet looks great practically brand new. I do have a couple of spots however that still look pretty dark and dingy that I didn’t really notice until everything dried so would like to try to get that looked over again but over all great experience.
