How the powered water loosens embedded dirt and cleans without dirt residue behind., also no use of soaps or harsh chemicals, also great in removing pet stains.

Excellent customer service from the technician. He explained each step thoroughly. I gave it a 9 because I felt the price given to clean a simple throw rug was too much. The price given I could have bought a new rug, but besides that the work that was done at our home I give it a 10. I will use Zerorez again.
My carpets come out great every time. Little or no water left on carpet. Drying time is minimal. Technicians are thoughtful and courteous.
