We’ve used Zerorez for years and have Never been disappointed! This time was no different! Terrance was amazing. You could tell he really took pride in his work and he worked very hard. As with other agents from Zerorez, he was highly knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and the products the company uses and all the different services you offer! We felt so very comfortable with him working in our home and he was so polite. Due to Covid-19, he was extremely cautious about how he worked, always wearing gloves and his mask. Everytime he went in and out of our home he used his shoe covers. Just can’t say enough about this company. The process of cleaning carpets done by Zerorez works better than any other company out there doing the same type of work. Thank you for hiring amazing employees and doing a terrific job!!
Matt arrived introduced himself and came in and assessed the carpets. He is very knowledgeable, nice and enthusiastic about his job and it shows in his work! This was the third time Zerorez has been to our house and another great job was done.

I was contacted via email a day before the cleaning and I received a phone call from dispatch on the day of the service. The service technician was prompt and extremely professional.
