I do have a concern though about the cost: We had our carpets done yesterday 6/16. Today, I got a coupon in the mail for considerably less $$$ than what I paid. Is there a way to get a credit or refund?

How clean everything is

Very respectful of home.
My carpet looks and feels brand new! The carpet took a lot longer than expected to dry - was still wet 36 hours after the tech left. Also, pet odor remained even after the pet treatment. However, we have three unruly dogs and I wasn't expecting a miracle. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the cleaning and I will definitely use Zerorez again!
