The effective cleanliness/deodorizing of the carpet without the use of alot of chemicals and water. This is my 3rd time using service. I've recommended someone else and they were very satisfied as well. With my home being older (smaller rooms with furniture), there's not too much to clean. Maybe pricing should be adjusted according to cleaning square footage.

Technician was on time and very polite. Explained what he would be doing and got right to work. The house was empty so he was able to work very quickly but the carpets came out looking great!
