Professional & fast service! I would highly recommend zerorez.
The ZeroRes product speaks for itself. The hard part of any business is staffing. Chris was very careful to explain everything he would and could do to remedy a tough problem in our carpet. He went well beyond what anyone could expect. Thank you Chris.
We will always call ZeroRes when our carpets need cleaning.
Carpet looks brand new! Great job.
Your product works better than any others, and Jared was a wonderful worker. All of the men you’ve sent over through the years have been good. Jared has been the best!
The service was impeccable , Taylor was nice knowledgeable and didn't take long. Even with the extra kitchen tile floor.
What I don't like is that the bedrooms floors are still wet in some spots
Service person is always courteous. Cleaning is very, very good. Quick to get job done.
Many things - how easy it was to schedule an appointment, the communication from scheduling, our technician was polite, professional, did a great job. Finally - in about an hour our treated rooms look fantastic!! I give you a A+++++++

No smell and dried nicely. I am very sensitive to smell and Zero Rez has no smell, which is nice/
The carpet cleaner did a good job. He was neat and put extra effort into the job.
The technician was very knowledgeable if the product and very informative. He was very respectful of my furniture that I wasn’t able to move. I wasn’t pressured into having other things done to my carpet or trying to have other rooms added. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
Thank you so much.
