The Tech (Chyna F.) was polite, a comedian but professional. When we had questions she answered them in details. When there was a concern about certain areas, Chyna would spot check . She even educated us on what causes the areas to collect dirt and reasons for dark areas. She was a master at her art. The rugs looks great and Chyna gave us a feeling of family.
