The technician, the results - stellar! Loved running my hands over the carpet and not feel a heavy wet/slippery film on the carpet - anywhere!! I was so embarrassed for him to see my carpet because I was planning on replacing the carpet this spring, pre-Covid, but $$ had to go elsewhere. Jerit, my tech, was among the very best representatives for a company that i have ever worked with. I'm not sure of the business model for ZeroRez (Franchise, employee owner, private, public, etc) but if he is not a partial owner he sure takes exceptional pride in his work.

The cleaning was good but the after service was bad. The technician poured the solution on my grass and burned it. I called customer service and talked to a manager. He asked for pictures which I sent. Never heard anything after that.

I liked the special (3 rooms and a hallway at $129). Thank goodness for the extra bottle of stain cleaner. Not 48 hours after you left, my boyfriend dropped a RED icee on my freshly cleaned carpet. The scotchguard did the trip along with the stain cleaner. Whew!
